"One big sign a stock might be overvalued is if its price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio is way higher than the industry average. If everyone else in the sector is sitting at a P/E of 15 and a stock is at 30, that's a red flag. Also, if the company’s growth projections seem overly optimistic, that’s another clue."
