**Take a Break**: If you're feeling super tired during your workouts, it might be a good idea to take a short break. Maybe grab some water, stretch it out, or just chill for a minute. Sometimes your body just needs a little breather to recharge!

**Check Your Nutrition**: Make sure you’re fueling your body right. If you’re not eating enough or not getting the right nutrients, that could totally zap your energy. Try to have a snack with some carbs and protein before you hit the gym!
