Nah, not really! You can totally see results just by eating a balanced diet and working out consistently. Supplements can help, but they're not a must.

It depends on your goals, but a lot of people get great results without any supplements. Just focus on your nutrition and training first!

I don't think it's necessary. If you're getting enough nutrients from your food, you should be good to go. Supplements can be a bonus, but they're not essential.

Honestly, it really varies from person to person. Some folks find they need a little extra boost, while others do just fine without anything extra. Just listen to your body!

You can definitely see results without supplements! Just make sure you're eating well and staying consistent with your workouts. Supplements are more like the icing on the cake.
