How do you feel about the current state of officiating in basketball

Honestly, I think officiating in basketball can be pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the refs seem to get it right, but other times it feels like they’re just making it up as they go along. It can be super frustrating, especially when a bad call changes the whole game. I get that it’s a tough job, but I wish they’d be more consistent.
