**Take Regular Breaks**: Stop every hour or so to stretch your legs and shake off the stiffness. Grab a snack or just walk around a bit. It really helps keep your energy up!

**Stay Hydrated**: Drink plenty of water along the way. Dehydration can sneak up on you and make you feel way more tired than you actually are. So, keep that water bottle handy!

**Adjust Your Riding Position**: Make sure you're comfortable on your bike. Adjust your seat or handlebars if you can. A good riding posture can make a world of difference in how you feel after a few hours.

**Listen to Music or Podcasts**: If it’s safe and you’re cool with it, throw on some tunes or an interesting podcast. It can help keep your mind engaged and make the ride feel shorter.
