Not really! Cheat meals can actually be a nice break from your routine and help you stay sane. As long as you don’t go overboard and make it a cheat day every day, they won’t derail your progress. Just enjoy it and get back on track afterward!

It depends on how you approach it. If you’re sticking to your goals most of the time, a cheat meal here and there won’t hurt. Just be mindful and don’t let it turn into a binge. Balance is key!
