"Honestly, I try to adjust my sleep schedule a few days before I leave. I go to bed a bit earlier or later, depending on where I'm headed. Once I land, I stay awake until a reasonable local bedtime, and I drink tons of water. If I can, I also take short naps, but not too long, so I don’t mess up my sleep."
