Hey! So, one big psychological barrier to fitness is motivation. Sometimes it’s just hard to get off the couch, right? To overcome that, try setting small, achievable goals. Instead of saying, "I’m going to run a marathon," start with, "I’ll jog for 10 minutes today." Also, find a workout buddy! Having someone to share the journey with can really keep you accountable and make it more fun.
