It really depends on your goals! If you're looking to build endurance or tone up, high reps with low weight might be the way to go. But if you're trying to build muscle or get stronger, then low reps with high weight is usually better. Just pick what fits your vibe!

Honestly, both have their perks! High reps with low weight can help you get that burn and improve your stamina, while low reps with high weight is great for packing on muscle. You could even mix it up to keep things interesting!
