Oh man, it's gotta be "Take On Me" by A-ha! That synth riff is just so catchy, and I can't help but sing along every time it comes on. Plus, the music video is a total classic!

I’d have to say "Sweet Child o' Mine" by Guns N' Roses. That guitar intro is iconic! It always gets me in a good mood, and I love belting it out in the car. Such a timeless jam!
