Honestly, it really depends on your schedule and when you feel more energized. Some people swear by morning workouts because it kickstarts their day, while others prefer evening sessions to unwind after work. Just go with what feels right for you!

I think it’s a personal preference! Mornings can be great because you get it done early and have the rest of the day free, but evenings might work better if you're not a morning person. Try both and see what clicks!

For me, I like working out in the evening. It helps me shake off the stress of the day, and I feel stronger after I've eaten a bit. But hey, if you’re a morning person, more power to you! Do what makes you feel good!
