Well, when it comes to keto, the biggest pro is that you can lose weight pretty quickly since your body burns fat for fuel. But on the flip side, it can be super restrictive and you might miss out on some foods you love. Paleo is great because it focuses on whole foods and can help you feel more energized, but it can also be tricky to stick to since it cuts out grains and dairy, which a lot of people enjoy.
