Honestly, it kinda depends on your goals. If you're looking to build muscle, it might be better to lift weights first so you have more energy for that. But if you're trying to burn fat or improve your endurance, doing cardio first could work better for you. Just find what feels right for your body!

I’ve heard a lot of people say it’s best to do weights first, especially if you want to really push yourself on those lifts. But if you’re just trying to get your heart rate up and lose some weight, doing cardio first can be cool too. Just mix it up and see what you like!
