**Hamstring Stretch**: Sit on the ground with one leg extended and the other bent. Reach for your toes on the extended leg. It feels great after leg day!

**Quadriceps Stretch**: Stand on one leg, grab your other ankle, and pull it towards your butt. This one really helps loosen up those quads.

**Triceps Stretch**: Raise one arm overhead, bend it at the elbow, and use the other hand to push back on your elbow. It’s a solid way to stretch out those arms.

**Hip Flexor Stretch**: Step one foot forward into a lunge position and push your hips down. This one’s a lifesaver if you’ve been sitting a lot!

**Cat-Cow Stretch**: Get on all fours and alternate between arching your back (cat) and dipping it down (cow). It’s awesome for spine mobility.
