I’ve heard it’s better to do weights first, especially if you want to maximize your strength gains. Cardio can tire you out, and then you won’t have the same power for lifting. But if you just want to stay fit, it’s really up to you!

Personally, I like to do cardio after weights. That way, I can focus on my lifts without being worn out. Plus, it feels great to finish off with a good cardio session!
