"Honestly, I think it comes down to consistency. If a referee is making calls that match the flow of the game and isn’t overly influenced by the crowd, that’s a good sign. Plus, I pay attention to how they handle tough situations. If they stay calm and make fair decisions, I give them a thumbs up."

"For me, it’s all about the big moments. If a ref makes a crucial call that changes the game, I’ll be watching closely. If it feels like they got it right more often than not, then I’d say they did a good job. But if they’re making a lot of questionable calls, that’s a different story."
